Wilma Kellermann-Baans is Dutch and has been actively involved in Business Development since 1997. Since 2009 she is working as business development consultant and since 2020, she is supporting Danubius Hotels and Ensana Health Spa Hotels with their International Development Strategy from her office in Brussels as their Group Business Development Consultant - resulting in executed deals, creating an active pipeline of new developments and take overs in Central Eastern Europe and support of their local teams. Previously, Wilma has been working with Deutsche Hospitality, the Radisson Hotel Group and Starwood Hospitality, Flemings Hotels and represents B&B Hotels in the Netherlands. Prior to her move to Brussels, she held several management functions within a franchise organization in Germany where she lived from 1981 till 1997.
