Vlad is the CEO of Inno Investments SAI SA, one of the newest companies of Banca Transilvania Group, acting in the management of alternative investment funds.

With 30 years of experience, Vlad has held various management positions in corporate and investment banking, trade finance and business development at several banks in Romania. He has also been a member of the Board of Directors of leasing companies and financial investment services companies. He joined Banca Transilvania team 7 years ago.

Vlad is a graduate of the Executive MBA of Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.
