Chiril V. Gaburici is a Moldovan entrepreneur, former Prime Minister of Moldova, and a passionate advocate for climate change mitigation and environmental protection. Born in 1976 in the village of Logănești, Hîncești region of the Republic of Moldova, Gaburici holds a Licentiate in Economics from the Slavonic University of Moldova and a Master's degree in Economic Sciences from the Free International University of Moldova.
