Therefore, the Company permanently seeks to ensure the processing of personal data in strict accordance with data protection principles.
This Personal Data Protection Policy (the “Policy“) concerns the processing of personal data of users of https://inv-est.eu/, of the participants in events organized by the Company, business partners of the Company, as well as other persons contacting or visiting the Company and their representatives, potential employees, and it applies to data collected through the Website, as well as other personal data we collect through the email service or other offline contacts.
The policy has been developed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (“General Data Protection Regulation”) and contains information on the requirements applicable to the protection of the processing of personal data.

We use your relevant personal data to prepare and allow your participation in the Company’s events. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the execution of our contract (if you have registered for the event) or our legitimate interest in ensuring your participation at the event (if your attendance is provided by another person, e.g. your employer).
Communication with you

Online payment processing
To offer you the option to pay online, we use the payment processing platform NETOPIA PAYMENTS.
When you opt for online payment, you will be redirected to the NETOPIA PAYMENTS platform, where you will be asked for certain personal data depending on the chosen payment method – for example, card data (card number, name & surname of the cardholder, expiry date and the security code on the back of the card). This data is used strictly for processing the payment through the NETOPIA PAYMENTS platform and is not communicated to us.
In certain situations, we can send directly to the NETOPIA PAYMENTS platform specific information regarding the transaction, namely: transaction amount, phone number and email address (if these have been filled in the customer’s account).
In order to be able to track transactions and settle payments, NETOPIA PAYMENTS provides us with reports on the payments we receive. These reports may include personal data of the payers (name, surname, e-mail, telephone number, billing address). NETOPIA PAYMENTS sends this data to us as part of payment processing services.
If problems arise strictly related to the processing of your payment, you may be contacted directly by NETOPIA PAYMENTS representatives to resolve them.

Provision of personal data
The provision of your personal data is necessary in order to benefit from the services provided by the Company. Refusal to provide personal data may result in the impossibility of benefiting from the services provided by the Company. For direct marketing activities, the provision of your data is voluntary.
If personal data must be communicated by you directly, please provide all categories of personal data requested for the purposes mentioned above.

In the context of fulfilling the processing purposes, the Company may disclose the data thus collected to its contractual partners (for example, partners of the events you participate in), to its affiliates or to central / local public authorities, in the following cases:

- in the case of promotional campaigns organized by the Company together with the respective contractual partners or affiliates of the Company;
- to maintain, personalize and improve this website and the services carried out through it;

- for the transmission of advertising / promotional materials, under the conditions and limits provided by law;

Transfer of personal data
Personal data provided to the Company will be shared outside Romania, with winsedswiss SA, (located in Lausanne, Switzerland), a linked company that acts as co-organiser of this event.
Duration of processing
Personal data is stored for processing for the duration necessary to achieve the processing purposes mentioned above and subsequently according to the requirements of our internal policies and in accordance with legal requirements. The processing of personal data ceases as soon as the purposes of the processing are achieved, the legal bases for data processing cease to exist, and the storage period of the documents, provided by the legislation on the national archives in Romania and the local regulations of the Company, expires.
Your rights
In connection with the processing of your personal data described in this Policy, you have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification or deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to oppose further processing, within the limits and conditions provided by law, as well as the right to data portability. Also, if you choose to give your consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time. In addition, you have the right not to be subject to an automatic individual decision, as well as the right to address the courts and the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
