Michael Collini is Vice President of Development with Hilton. He is based in Milan and is responsible for expanding Hilton’s portfolio of brands in Central, Eastern & Southern Europe. He leads a team of developers based in the strategic development markets of Turkiye, Germany, Poland and CIS.

A Hilton career spanning 28 years and including roles in Capex Management and Real Estate, Collini has also worked in Istanbul and was responsible for overseeing Hilton’s development in Sub-Sahara Africa.

Collini is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has a master’s degree in Property, Business & Management.
