Magsud is the Founding Partner of Dosfield Group, a hotel investment & advisory firm focusing on offering solutions throughout the lifecycle of hotel real estate ownership in CEE, including deal sourcing, underwriting, execution, debt structuring, negotiation of operating structures as well as hands-on asset management. Having spent nearly 10 years at Cushman & Wakefield, Magsud’s primary focus was on hotel capital market advisory across Central, Southern & Eastern Europe. He successfully completed projects across 10 major markets in Continental Europe advising clients on disposals, acquisitions and strategic asset management, totalling over EUR 1 billion in transaction volumes, where he represented pan-European and global clients such as Accor Invest, Corinthia Hotels, Rixos, B&B Hotels, CPI Property Group and many other PE funds, strategic hotel funds, family offices and HNWIs.
