Andreeas is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in International Hospitality Management at EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, with a specialization in real estate finance. He serves as President of the EHL Finance Club, leading initiatives that connect students with finance industry professionals through events and workshops. Andreeas gained investment experience as an Analyst at Tetrarch Capital in Dublin, Ireland, where he conducted due diligence, financial modeling, and asset management support for real estate transaction. He is also currently pursuing the CFA certification, being deeply passionated about real estate investment, and building meaningful connections within the community.
Costescu Alexandru Daniel
Daniel is a final-year student at EHL Hospitality Business School and a board member of the EHL Finance Club, where he helps organize events that cater to both dedicated finance enthusiasts and those simply curious about the field. Daniel gained valuable financial insights at EFG in Geneva, leading a risk and control project that sharpened his analytical skills and sense of responsibility. Prior to that, he honed his hospitality expertise at the Lausanne Palace, immersing himself in a luxury setting that demanded impeccable service standards and attention to detail. Through these diverse experiences, Daniel has cultivated a strong, adaptable blend of hospitality expertise and financial acumen.
Vasilescu Rares
Currently a final-year student at EHL Hospitality Business School, Rares serves as a board member of the EHL Finance Club, where he connects students interested in finance with industry professionals through panel events, networking sessions, and competitions.
With previous experience in Capital Markets & Development Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality, Rares is dedicated to leveraging his expertise and values to make a positive impact in the hotel investment sector. Prior to his time at Cushman & Wakefield, he gained operational experience at Il Sereno, an ultra-luxury hotel located on the shores of Lake Como, Italy.
Rares is passionate about biking, hospitality, and fostering high-quality human interactions. His core values—excellence, respect, and integrity—guide him in every aspect of his personal and professional life. Having lived in Switzerland, Italy, Romania, and the Czech Republic, Rares thrives in multicultural environments.
Damian Lazăr
My name is Damian Lazar, and I am passionate about leveraging technology to transform the hospitality industry. I currently work at Hotel Caro in Bucharest, focusing on digitalization and automation to improve operational efficiency.
Previously, I worked with Four Seasons in Paris and Lisbon, where I helped develop automated, paperless workflows in the finance department. For the past two years, I have been experimenting with AI, exploring ways to integrate automation and smart solutions into hospitality. Outside of my current role, I am building a business focused on bringing AI-driven automation to the industry.
I hold a BBA in Hospitality and Business Administration, specializing in International Hotel Development & Finance. As a member of the Junior Board for Invest Summit, I am excited to contribute my expertise and insights on the future of automation and investment in hospitality and to connect with likeminded people.
